today: 1-10-20-1-30 front squats, total weight 425# 500 m row 2:04, annoyed about that, I wanted a sub 2:00 time and I could have gotten it if I had pushed around 300 m when I got tired. Then tonight a boxing class for fun. My arms are still burning and they tricked me into doing bicep curls with a 2 or 3 # weight during the warm up hahaha.
