Cooter Sweat - Impact Johnson


today:
1-10-20-1-30 front squats, total weight 425#
500 m row 2:04, annoyed about that, I wanted a sub 2:00 time and I could have gotten it if I had pushed around 300 m when I got tired.
Then tonight a boxing class for fun. My arms are still burning and they tricked me into doing bicep curls with a 2 or 3 # weight during the warm up hahaha.

worked out at crossfit austin today before heading home to dallas. I don't do a lot of oly lifting and we did lots of snatches which I kind of dicked around on, then 5 rounds of 5 thrusters, 10 burpees, 100 meter sprint, and 30 seconds rest. I love thrusters and burpees (as much as one could love that type of thing) so it was fun for me. I also realized I can do a chin-up, I haven't tried one in a while.

Started off 2011 with a 4 mile run at the nature preserve. the trail was blocked for some reason so we had to run on the paved path. I don't love running, but it helped me wake up and seeing as I have a 9 mile mud run in 30 days i should run a teensy bit I think. Also have done a bajillion pushups today, 6-7 whenever i think about it.
